Newbie alert.... I just had to re-install RH7.1 after all of my extended partitions got blown away trying to install grub (shoulda listened to Robert Dege :).
Anyway, this time I opted to install LILO (which I hadn't before). After the install, I rebooted and Windows 2000 starts right up, there is no invocation of LILO at all (I want to dual-boot between Win2K and RH7.1). I can start RH with the boot disk only. Is there some post-install configuration I need to do to get LILO working? FYI, I installed LILO to the first logical partition (/boot) of the extended partition where my Linux partitions/filesystem is and not the MBR of the drive (as per the recommendation of the Install Guide). Any help in resolving this would be most appreciated. Thanks.
