More than RH & 7.2 take a dislike to Outlook <grin>, in reality there are
bad things Outlook does, on an intranet with exchange it works well,
anyway, you probably know this and just need to fix the problem.
What you need to do is tail the logs and see what is happening, you also
need to capture any error message that Outlook is producing, you say they
cannot send attachments so if normal mail sends, then there must be an
error produced somewhere. Check to see that the message size has not been
reduced to something that would restrict sending of attachements
(sendmail.cf). You can raise logging levels on Sendmail temporarily (man
sendmail).
