I have to say, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with 7.2. Not only am I
staying with 7.1, but on new machines I am starting to migrate towards
using Slackware. Why? Because I dont like MS Windows, and it seems all the
extra junk thrown is was made to be just like that, running everything
through the explorer looking thing. Maybe I've been out of it for too
long, but I was really impressed with the changes made from 6.2 to 7.1. I
had 7.2 running for a day or two, then I killed it all, and put slackware
8.0 on. Sure, Slackware may not be as ready to run with all the fancy
stuff already setup, but I tell you this, its good enough for me to get my
desktop setup as I wanted and run all my satellite tracking software.

Maybe at this point a step back can actually be a good step, huh guys?

See ya!
