/etc/X11/XftConfig belongs to the XFree86 package. If you don't have the file, your setup probably doesn't need it. ;) It was added in XFree86-4.0.2 I believe. As it is the last thing executed by the script, the warning should be harmless as the rest of the script executed properly.
