Network Everywhere or Netgear nic?

Hello Folks:

I have ADSL in Windows 95 on a Kingston nic. Apparently the Kingston
doesn't work properly in RH 7.0 and I'm thinking of changing the nic for
either a Network Everywhere NC100 10/100 card or a Netgear FA310TX card.
Does anyone know which would perform better in both OS's?
