I concur. I chose it because we needed to provide ftp service to the
public, and I simply don't have time for the buffer overflows and
other nonsense in the other popular servers. It's straightforward to
configure and has a great reputation.
Just be aware that there are license limitations for the server, and
it's not free for all purposes. It's another good example of
commercial software (like Opera) that I don't mind paying for.
