        Ok - as I understand it:

        i       you have an NT box and a linux box on the same network
                (192.x..)  I would presume that these two boxes can
                ping one another  (true) ?

                if not then type /sbin/ifconfig to display the status of
                eth0

        ii      assuming they an ping one another take a look at the
                routing table on the NT box and the routing table on the linux box
                ("netstat -rn" on the linux box and something similar on
                the NT box)

                The differences here will idenfify the fault because the
                packets to the 63... net are obviously being differently
                on the NT box
