check the httpd.conf file, and search for the sting php.  There should
be comments contained therein that will aide you in activating it.
Also, check the file extensions, because it could already be active, but
looking for *.php3 rather then *.php or vice versa.   Of course you
could always get the source and rebuild, it is not hard, and gives you
much more control!
