Hello:

Just a quick question for those of you that have broadband
connections and able to download and fire up RH 7.1. I have
wolverine running very nicely on my machine and am very
happy with it. I am sure some of you that have 7.1 now have
used wolverine (7.091 beta). I updated my kernel to the
2.4.3 via rpm from rawhide with no problems. Is there any
need for me to go with 7.1? It will take me a week to
download and I am wondering if it is worth it? Are there
some major differences in wolverine and 7.1? Also what
kernel is it using?

I have one sound card that was recognized by the installer
but the installer said there was no support for it, (on a
second machine). It is a ALS 4000 by Avance. I don't assume
there will be any support for it in 7.1. I have e-mailed
Avance several times about a possible driver but no response
as of yet. Does anyone have an ALS 4000 running on their
machine and if so what drivers are you using for it?

Thanks in Advance,

Eddie Strohmier
