Edit /etc/lilo.conf and /etc/fstab to reflect the changes in drive
letters that you will be making.

Run /sbin/mkbootdisk.

Shutdown the system.

Change the drives.

Boot with the floppy you just made.  You have to do this because lilo is
on the wrong drive now.

Log in as root and run lilo.  This will put lilo on the MBR of the first
drive.  On future boots, you will not need the floppy.
