Currently, Wolverine is the beta of RH7.1. It has a 2.4.1 based kernel
and XF 4.0.2. Not sure what Nautilus is, though.
There's also a Wolverine list, if you have specific questions, and I'm
fairly sure that the Redhat site has a Wolverine section, at this point.
