To here are not errors. It it the .configure script checking to see what you
have and don't have for your make file.

>       configure: error: no acceptable cc found in $PATH

You don't have a c compiler set up on your box. You will need to load the
proper RPMs to fix it. I don't remember the names of the RPMs, and my Linux
box is shut down right now.
