Use
wget ftp://updates.redhat.com/6.2/i386/rpm-3.0.5-9.6x.i386.rpm
instead.
Or you can use ncftp, or what ever ftp client you like and grab the
updates from updates.redhat.com in the /6.2/i386 directory.
(If you are not running on a PC, change the i386 to what you are running
on.)
