I download from .redhat.com/support/updates.html the file
tcsh-6.10-0.6x.i386.rpm end when write rpm -vhU tcsh..... compaire:
you need rpm =< 3.0.3
Why?
Since, update from rpm 3.0.3 to rpm 4.0
