That is what the error is saying.  A system tryed to connect to the
bootp port on your box, inetd tryed to run bootp, and it didn't find the
program.  Check your /etc/inetd.conf file.  You have bootp enabled
there.  (Unless you are running 7.0, then look in /etc/xinetd.d.)
