 OpenSSH (it's on the powertools CD in 6.2) works fine for me. Just install 
the rpm and create a server and/or client key. Simple as that if you don't do 
a custom compile.
 If you need a windos client you could try putty. If you need a windos server 
I think you should go with the commercial SSH. I have not found 
incompatibilities between the two versions, except that an older commercial 
SSH server would allow me to specify a portnumber (22) in hosts.deny and 
.allow which confused me somewhat, because I forgot I should have used the 
daemon name (sshd) instead.
