Sorry.... "all" means he has 5 accounts, all on the same linux 
box, that are individual pop accounts, and then on his outlook, they are 
different profiles.  He has each account to save messages on the server for 
15 days.  About once a week only one of the accounts will re-download all 
the existing mail in that account and mark them as new.  As I mentioned 
before, all the accounts are configured the same on both client and server, 
and I checked the mail log, and there is no unusual entries.
