I would agree. I've had zero compiler problems. Zero. In fact, I'd say
from where I sit 7.0 is very solid. I'd also say most of the hysteria
is by those that have never installed 7.0, or installed it, found some
problem with it, and their solution was to uninstall rather sort it
out. Then there are the RH bashers with their own FUD campaign that
latch on to any pretext to fan the flames. I would be willing to bet
that there is a long list of those just waiting to post pre-written,
fill-in-the-blanks horror stories about RH8.0 on /.
