I have 2 servers, one 5.2 with diald, one 6.2 using 5.2 as a gateway.

I'm slowly moving all services (mail, squid, etc) over to the new server
(PII 400) and de-commisioning the old 5.2 (P133).

Something I noticed today is that when I try to ping my ISP, everything is
fine.
When I try to ping lets say toshiba.com.au, it resolves OK, pings OK, but
the name it comes back as pinging is toshiba.com.au.dekkers.com.

(dekkers.com) is my internal domain name.

it then continues as

64 bytes from dekkers.com (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) etc.

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is not on my internal network so I am assuming it is in fact
the toshiba address.

this happens on both servers, but the output from the 5.2 box is a little
different.

Is this normal? Everything else appears normal.

Is there something I should change?
