Trouble with the RH web site?

Is anyone else having trouble with the RH web site of late?? I can browse to the site but I can't get to the 'download' or 'support' areas, my pc just hangs?   I'm wondering if they are being overwhelmed by people downloading stuff or if they have a problem?!!   CH
