You don't say if you're Irish/transplanted or Irish with the good fortune to
be located in the Land of Real Guinness, but here in the States we had, until
recently, to content ourselves with Guinness in the bottle if we wanted it
at home or in the orkplace. And I must say: stout from a bottle, carbonated
using the same process they use for Coca-Cola and Budweiser, is criminal.
The exception is Sheaf's, from Australia. Now _that_ is nectar. Never had it
on tap but if I ever do I'll probably have to shoot myself rather than go
back to drinking anything less heavenly. Bad enough that I have to order the
stuff from out of state as it is.
