The iso images are already out there. I believe the reason why mirrors are
having a hard time syncing up is because there are five CD iso images
(disc1, disc2, powertools, docs, and SRPMS). Some installs require two CD
CDs to complete.

The installer will only install 2.2.16, but there is a "preview" directory
which includes RPMs for unsupported betas of the kernel (2.4.0), KDE (2),
Mozilla (M17), and a few other things.
