Could be bad / inadequate cooling from your fan and heatsink.  I'd run
memtest86 again.  If it took 6 runs to find errors last time, let it run
at least 12 times over to look for problems.  If you consistanly find that
errors crop up after a long period of testing, then the problem is likely
heat related.  It could be either the CPU or the motherboard's chipset
that is overheating.
