 Fast alles RAMsch :). You could check the latency settings for the RAM in the 
BIOS. I am not sure if this Asus board should recognize these settings 
automatically, but try setting them to a conservative 3-3-3. Even most 
"generic" RAM should be able to handle these settings. Good quality fast PC133 
2-2-2 RAM is nice, but rather expensive (+50%). If it really is a memory 
problem you might just want to get a replacement.
 There seem to be some general problems with Athlon slot motherboards running 
Thunderbirds. On the other hand, I think this Asus board should run stably 
with a Thunderbird. A hardware check is not a bad idea. Did you buy a prebuilt 
system or did you build it yourself? One thing to check specifically is if the 
cooler is a genuine Athlon cooler and not some cheap replacement.
