Telnet in as the user your were logged in when you started X at the
console, or as root. Then start killing the Netscape process. If that
doesn't fix the problem, then kill all the processes owned by that user.
You may have to use kill -SIGKILL <process number> to kill some of them,
but try a normal kill first.
