I would agree that the Plextors are also an excellent drive. But unless
you plan on putting other devices on the SCSI bus, SCSI is an expensive
way to go just for CDRW. I guess some of us have more money than
others:-) And as pointed out earlier, SCSI doesn't really provide a
performance advantage for CDRW drives (nor even much if any for
harddisks, either, unless you have a disk array). I have been using the
Plexwriter 8/4/32A IDE drive with great success.
