Subject: NT Boot Sector Overwritten
or Oh, what a doofus :-o

As the title implies, I've overwritten the boot sector
of my NT partition (512 bytes worth). The MBR is fine
and Linux boots as expected. Is there a way
to copy/restore the backup boot sector while running Linux.
I ask this because, it I choose to boot NT it locks the
whole machine up, so I can't go that route. The NT install
disk (recovery option also does not work).

How can I locate and copy the backup boot sector (not the MBR)
back to sector zero of the NT parition using Linux?

I'm asking this because I'm having trouble getting a copy
of the Windows NT Resource Kit which supposedly has the
the program I need on it. That and I'd feel better using
Linux anyway.
