ttloop: peer died: Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character - HELP!!!!!

Hi guys and gals, I have been having a bit of trouble here.  In my message log it is FILLED with all these errors and stuff.  Here is what it is giving me: Aug  1 23:18:30 localhost ftpd[25013]: FTP session closed Aug  1 23:22:37 localhost telnetd[25032]: ttloop:  peer died: Invalid or incompl ete multibyte or wide character Aug  1 23:23:30 localhost ftpd[25037]: FTP session closed Aug  1 23:27:37 localhost telnetd[25060]: ttloop:  peer died: Invalid or incompl ete multibyte or wide character Aug  1 23:28:30 localhost ftpd[25062]: FTP session closed Aug  1 23:32:37 localhost telnetd[25077]: ttloop:  peer died: Invalid or incompl ete multibyte or wide character I mean in the message log it has TONS of those messages and as you can see they happen only a couple minutes apart.  It has only started a couple weeks ago but I am not sure what caused it.  I have restarted the machine and it still does it.  I don't think it is a hacker most definately NOT.  But I have no clue what it is.  I have searched the mailing list archives and couldn't find anything that had the answer.
