I believe some other people replied already. It basically amounts to
this:
1) Yes, go ahead and copy the bzImage file to /boot/vmlinuz-2.2.X
2) I usually go ahead and copy the new System.map file to boot with a name
like System.map-2.2.X, and it seems to work fine for me.
