ncpmount problem

Hi,
I configured IPX on RH 6.0, mounted ncp file system on Nerware 4.1 server.
It working fine but when I tried copy file, for example,  ld-2.1.2.so to it I received:

bash: ld-2.1.2.so: File name too long

I can copy any files with short filenames but not long. Is it NDS problem ?
