Hmm...coulda sworn I replied to this yesterday... Oh,
well... basically, it sounds like the old problem with the
kernel trying to power down your system, but your system
not supporting APM. See what happens if you disable APM
from your system services and report back. (or maybe vice
versa -- your hardware supports APM, but you have APM
enabled, and the kernel doesn't support it???)
