What commands are you wanting to run??? Sure there's a LOT
of word processors available for Linux that are GUI
programs -- Word Perfect, Star Office, KOffice (when it's
released,) etc. Star Office has a spread sheet available,
and Word Perfect Office for Linux probably does as well.
As for picture scanning, I *think* you can do that with
GIMP, once you've got your scanner hooked up and
configured. I don't know much about scanning under Windows
OR Linux.....
What other apps are you looking for?
