I installed Licq last night on my RH 6.1 machine.  I believe I snagged the 
.81 RPM from www.licq.org and I got the Qt 2.x from Rufus.  Everything 
installs/runs fine.  In fact, I installed my first skins too (pretty nifty 
penguin skin).  Russ, If you like, I can email you the two rpm's.

My original plan (based on this thread) was to get the SRPM and rebuild 
it.  But the licq page says it needs libstdc++-devel and that package 
doesn't seem to exist for RH 6.1.
