That, of course, is less than half the truth, as we need plain German,
plain French, plain Hebrew, plain Dutch, plain Japanese, ....
(well, you get the picture...) as well. One of the problems I see in the
Linux world is the fact that it's still too much centered around English
and - especially among the type of user we are talking about here - many
users are not willing or not able to follow English-only docs.
That's actually one of the areas where non-coders can really excel in
helping Open Source, IMO.
