I have an interesting situation: I have a rh6.2 new
install 32mb ram, AMD k62 300MHz CPU, and whenever I
run TOP, initially (for the 1st 3 seconds) I get the
following: If you notice the 5.6% idle CPU state is
not commensurate with the 0.0% user, system or
nice...who is cycling the bandwith?
System responsiveness is ok...and "accurate" reporting
returns after TOP process sees itself. This box used
to run rh4.2 and it worked fine...has anyone noticed
this?
