Check your cable between the computer and monitor. It may not be well
seated -OR- if you move it/jiggle it slightly the problem may go away. I
have that with my monitor. As long as I don't move the cable everything is
fine (and if it gets jiggled I have to play with it for a bit to get
everything fine again). Its been like this for years with no other
problem. HTH.
