I'm using: PII/AMD500/128/Acer 50x CD/RH 6.2 (full install)/GNOME 1.2 (as well as the RH6.2 version). After inserting an audio cd, ALL audio cd players fail to see the disc. I've tried this with multiple CDs and every cd player I can find. I've also used xplaycd from the command line with the same results. The pisser is once I've inserted an audio CD, ALL cds (data) are no longer mountable until a full restart. I've read one other report of this on redhat (posted in Jan 00) but there was no response.
