 Check your log files in /var/log (especially boot.log and messages).

 You probably should not specify an interrupt at all for this PCI card. Delete 
the line from the conf.modules. (Make backups when you change system files!)

 P.S. If the card is not detected and the module for it not loaded there is no 
irq reserved, so it won't show up in /proc/interrupts.
