I had similar problem however I am noticing when I am trying to configure
the Xwindows I ended up using the different settings for the Multisync
generic by lowering the frequency so my monitor will work plus after that
the next screen shows the list of choices such as color settings and
resolution. The resolution listings goes backward or forward listings
randomly. I also was almost finished with installing on both of my machines
and the installer froze. I eventually got it installed still using
graphical installer. I guess Redhat is still working on some more bugs but
it seems to work better than what most people say about RH6.1 which had been
giving them alot of problem. I had not tried 6.1 but I sure don't want to
mess with it.
