If you want to passwrod protect an image, add password=<password> to that
images's section.  (This requires a password to boot.)  If you add the
restricted option to the image, then the password is only required if you
want to add command line parameters.  (ie single, or init=/bin/bash).
 
As an added protection, set the BIOS to boot from the hard drive, then the
floppy.  Then password protect entering BIOS setup.
