Just don't identify that drive during partitioning. As far as I know, if
you don't select the drive, nothing happens to it. A new /home will be
created on / but you can mount the untouched former /home drive parition
to there and there it will be. Add it to fstab and you're ready to rock
and roll. I ran a BBS for years with Linux and that's how it did it,
although I used fdisk and fips manually. But, that was all we had during
the dinosaur days before the meteor hit.  Ric
