I run a RH system (various versions) which hosts a web proxy using Apache. There are certain users who use more than their fair share of bandwidth, and I was wondering if there were any suitable programs for limiting specific users. I need to distinguish between HTTP and other TCP traffic. I have discovered shapecfg, but it is pretty light on documentation.
