I'm using DSL service from Phoenix Networks here ( 
http://www.phoenixdsl.com ) because it's the only thing available in my area.

One question I'd ask US West - Since you can get a fixed IP address will 
they allow you to register your own domain name and if desired provide 
forward & reverse DNS entries.
