Red Hat is a Linux distribution. It uses a slightly modified version of
the Linux kernel. All distributions do this. Eventually, the modifications
end up in the regular kernel maintained by Linus. www.redhatisnotlinux.org
is merely pointing out that Red Hat is not the only distribution of Linux
available.
