there is alot of traps for sure ... no matter what version you were using
before,
its like upgrading from 6.0->6.1 ... same issues ... configs would go
missing, you
need to manually copy those .rpmsaves back ... also if you are using custom
compiled
daemons ... eg. apache+php+ssl+jsp+etc ... and for this 6.1 -> 6.2 jump,
note that it
is using a totally new squid 2.3 i think ... (6.1 comes with 2.2 if i'm not
wrong)
and the new squid dont quite like your old config files ...
other than that, there wasn't much fanciful stuff with 6.2 upgrades.
tried it with 6.1, 6.1.92 and with customized 2.3.99 kernels and quite
smooth ...
of course a switch from 2.2 -> 2.3 is not much different then 2.2.5 -> 2.2.15,
only thing you need to note is the upgrade would also edit your lilo.conf
and keep
the 2.2.15 files in /boot, so make sure your custom kernel isnt named as
vmlinux/z
beforehand.
