Download the INSTHELP.EXE program

Run the following command line:

INSTHELP KILLDISK 1

This will zero out the partition table.  You can then run fdisk to create your new 
partition table before 
you reboot.  Naturally, after you create the new table a reboot is required.

NOTE:  This does not work on older systems that do not have INT13 BIOS extensions 
implemented.  
The program will tell you if this is the case with no harm done.
