Hi there.
I ran the Server installation from the Rh 6.1 CD. Everything went smoothly
until I type 'startx' and the machine told me so to say that X was not
installed. Also did the install.log file.
Next I mounted the CD and from the SRPMS folder I did this -
'rpm -U -h -v X*' and on the monitor the names of the packages and hash
icons were displayd and I smiled for a while at least.
When I tried to start the Xconfigurator there was no Xconfiguator and the
command rpm -q Xconfigurator convinced me whith the message 'package
Xconfigurator is not installed'
Now I need to know, am I doing the right thing which just does not work or
am I doing the wrong thing which obviously does not work.
