just started saying EHLO instead of HELO, see the
transcripts i have enclosed
Under SMTP, in the conversation between mail servers, the first keyword that is spoken is HELO i beleive under ESMTP, there is also a command EHLO some mail servers do not accept the response and terminate the connection with the rather UNIX-like message: <<< 503 Polite people say HELO first Others respond as follows [manik@mail manik]$ /usr/sbin/sendmail -v [EMAIL PROTECTED] < test [EMAIL PROTECTED]...
