Hi

I havent read the docs, mainly because the last version I actually bought 
was long time ago, and because I follow that rule of "if everything
fails, read the manual" :); now, I have bandwidth enough, being at office, 
to download ISO images and burn them. If the documentation fails at that,
their fault.

Personally, I do think that installation profiles are to simplify the
overall process, and they cant be fit to everyone: maybe it'd be a
good idea add other profiles, as "home" (workstation with X support),
"low resources" (minimal system)...

I remember when I had time (and was willing) to choose packets one by
one, and try new ones, recompiling kernel as first task, but lately, I
want a box running asap.
