If it's on a card, it should be a Promise Ultra66 card. If the system has
this card, then it also should have fully-functional ATA/33 ports on the
motherboard. The BIOS may need to be configured, but this card uses a
separate IRQ.
So, you can have up to 4 ATA/33-compatible devices off the mainboard,
and I up to 4 additional ATA/66 devices off the card. It may use just one
IRQ for that as well, I don't recall for sure.
Keep in mind that if you add a hard drive to the motherboard's ports,
Windows may see it as your new primary drive. I'm not sure how the Promise
card's BIOS handles that.
